Battery going flat

Hi All
CB 900f 1981 model
I have fitted a new rotor, new rectifier , new battery, new stator and new brushes .
only charging at 12.60 volts , tried to refit the old rectifier -no change .
Anyone know why ???

Assuming you measure at the battery terminals, if 12.60V is at idle and with headlight on, it may be just good enough.
Check and, if necessary, clean the contacts at all the connectors that go to the regulator. Also, try reducing the load, by replacing the headlight with LED (could make a big difference), and removing high-demand electrical accessories, if any.
