Thanks in advance for any assistance, wanting to change battery cable which will entail sliding out rear engine mount bolt the way it is currently installed. Nut for bolt is on right side. Might be stupid question but here goes. When bolt is slid out will the engine shift on me. I want to reverse bolt if there are future issues. Most pictures I have seen the nut is on left side making easier to change cable. Attached photo. Thanks

As long as the rest of the mounting bolts are still bolted in , you should have no problem undoing it . Sometimes the mounts will pull on the bolts and make it difficult to remove untill a few are loose , so if it wont come out , you may have to loosen a few and move the motor untill you can

It won't fall but you might need to loosen some of the other mounts and take pressure off the rear bolt to pull it all the way thru.

Also fyi, the ground cable is supposed to be between the engine and the frame rather than on the outside like yours. It's a real pain to get in there though.
