Took 3 of us to drag it to and on the trailer yesterday, front brake was locked.
one owner 30K plate sez 08
My wife Allison got a nice lunch for the ride along and helping load. ;^)
Today with one plug out checking spark and a float drain open running out old gas, it started! when I kicked to check spark,. Stuck the plug back in and rode it around the driveway, front caliper just hanging cuz stuck (natch). Clean up continues.

Gentle friends............
Don't cruze FB looking for CB750 partz,
cuz, well,

All the parts seem to be there.
Guy got it as a trade, for detailing a pick up truck,
He got the carbs out to clean 'em and thought geez they sure look complicated. All work ceased. Needed it out out of the garage for winter. He was just plain tired of FB BS, A low ball cash offer from his already too low price and a two hour drive did the deed.
Prius get 42MPG with the trailer empty at 70MPH 38 with the bike in the trailer at 64MPH

Shows 14,000 shift free miles. clean title. newish tires.
Far from perfect but not too bad.
Dog gone it. too good to rob parts from..............Motor kicks through with compression using the emergency starter. Seems to have an aftermarket electronic ignition. :umm:

hondomatic after a bit of cleanup.

Carbs seem real decent, just some mineral spirits and tooth brush action so far. Should be a straight forward, open the float bowls, clean jets, spray out passages, fight the accelerator pump circuit, deal.

You can see how these might intimidate a guy. Appears that not a single screw was touched, WHEW!

Next up shopping at Barber...........

Put the brake together, used the patented no bleed brake install and took it out for a ride. Seems very healthy, smooth, no odd noises.

Aaand a buddy said; put down the tools, name your price, that's not your bike anymore. It's headed to GA in November.
I'll keep you in the loop when I get around to the Hondamatic.
