Are these carburetors beyond saving?

I just recently picked up a 1979 Honda cb750f and I am taking a look at the carbs and I’m not sure if these are too far gone. I’d appreciate any assistance and advice with this!

Two of the carbs were already separated when I bought it and there are some parts missing. There are also some parts that I’m unsure where I might be able to get a replacement, like the choke valves or any of the butterfly valves.

Check the classifieds here and in your local area. There are lots of Carb sets floating around. Most will need rebuilding. Parts are also available.
