Alternator readings.

Hi all I have just been testing my alternator and I need help with ohms readings.
My meter has a resistance of 00.3 ohms in the leads.
I read my yellow wires 1and 2, 2 and 3 then 1 and 3.
1 and 2 read 00.7 so minus 00.3 = 00.4
2 and 3 read 00.7 so as above
1 and 3 read 00.5 so 00.2
With those numbers is my alternator shot? My rotar and regulator tests were good.

Forget above. My stator failed tests in manuals and online videos. All three yellows were grounding on case. New stator time.

I got a Caltric (?) stator last time I needed one, all went well.
