Aftermarket rims?

Who has input regarding the quality of aftermarket chrome rims? The rear wheel on my 77 CB750K has a handful of broken spokes and the rest are rusted beyond refurbishment. The rim is ok but scratched and rusted in spots. Thinking of buying a new rim when replacing spokes. Any input is appreciated.

Aftermarket rim quality can vary from company to company. My company of choice for high quality parts is Cognito Moto. Their rims are phenomenal and I have a set of chrome ones myself. Honestly if rust and scratches are your only issue, and you're not SUPER attached to the chrome, you would save yourself a pretty penny by just sanding down the damage and powder coating the wheel black. This creates really awesome optical illusions of making the bike's stance more aggressive if you're going for a cafe look. Good luck!
