Hi, please will someone help me. I'm trying to find out the differences between the '79- '83 cb750 motors (750k, 750c, and 750f). Thank you very much.

I'm not an expert, but from what I've seen on paper the three engines are mechanically identical. The three bikes had different body equipment but all had the exact same engine, horsepower ratings, etc.

You can confirm this by looking up the part diagrams if you want. Check critical components like the pistons, rods, and camshafts to see which machines they fit. I believe they're all the same across all three bikes.
