I have a 96 CB750 with 22k miles - looking for any advise on how to turn it to a scrambler/adventure bike

What I’ve done:

I cut the tail, RFY back shocks, back/front light, made a seat & side panels, but that’s about it so far.

What I want:

FRONT FORKS:

Looking for any advise on what’s worked and what hasn’t as far as front fork conversions (possibly something slightly taller than the GSXR or r6?)

WHEELS:

Any conversions for the rear tire that can give me spoked wheels and ability to upgrade that back drum brake to 2 disks?

BRAKES

Need to upgrade from single disk front & back drum. Open to all alternatives

EXHAUST

Eventually I want a 4/1 but I’d like to see how it rides and sounds when I take out baffles and / or cut pipes.

CARBS / AIRBOX VS POD FILTERS

POD filters or leave the Airbox? Ik rejetting seems to be a rabbit hole do the filters make that easier or harder

Planning 80/20 road, off road adventure bike riding. My inspiration is something like the walking dead bike with a mad max / Indiana jones feel. I want it to be functional and on a budget. Like a modernized retro scrambler IMG_7415.jpegIMG_7389.jpegIMG_7275.jpegIMG_6875.png

Hi I bought the same bike for exactly simlier ride but once I bought it I liked how it was lol also to change the front end like the walking dead bike you need a complete front end of yam 1998 yzf R1 .also you need to re ut and weld the front stem as the R1 yzf gold forks the stem is longer an not the same angle as hondas also at the time it was around £1000 for the front end .
The tyres are big block and again around £200 the shocks again £1000 so this cheap apocalyptic turned out to be thousands in the end so I liked how it was .
There are a few extra mods you need one was the headlight cage tank as that again was off a yam again very expensive..also the kickstart on this bike was fake it was push button start .the seat was made by a company who copywriter it . Can't copy there design (I'm sure it was the seat) . As there was two walking dead bikes both identical.

Yeah that walking dead bike has a website with everything it was a lot of my inspiration - pretty sure they have fork conversion stems.

Trying not to break the bank this is a budget build so asking for any advise if something for you worked or didn’t
