Hey everyone. I purchased my first bike a few days ago and can't get plugs to spark.

I bought a 1977 Honda cb750 k that has been sitting for a few years. When it was put up they drained the gas so no rust in the tank and most everything looks good. The owner was doing some build and there is only a headlight and no speedo or lights or anything else other than headlight. Seems they just cut them all off and have the old wires exposed. I Added a new battery and plugs so the electric start turns over no problem, headlight is on and all of that. I checked every plug boot and there is no spark in any of them. Things I checked:
Fuses are good
All wiring seems intact and all grounds are good.
Coils have power to them and continuity
Made sure in neutral (even though no neutral light to look at)
No kickstand safety switch and pulled brake and clutch handled just in case of other safety switches.
Any help would be very much appreciated and I can add any pics if needed
