'75 "82 Exhaust Question

New here. Recently purchased a '75 CB 750 that needs some minor restoration. Looking for OEM style exhaust. Can I make the pipes from an "82 fit?

Anything is possible with something to cut and weld with. Bolt on and go?....no they will not work. Two different engine styles and frames. Not a bolt in swap.
