I had a question? If I'm in four gear riding at 45 mph at 3500 rpm or 4,000rpm how long should I ride in that gear before shifting to 5th gear? Or at 4,000rpm shit to 5th and still maintain 45 mph? Or should I speed up and speed at 55 or more in 5th gear? And have the bike at 3,500rpms?

Sorry, if this is not the right spot for this question?

750cc has good torque in lower rpm - ride 3000 to 5500 rpm all day. Ride it you will feel a sweet spot.
Stock gearing running 80mph on interstate not fun to high of rpm on my 92 cb750.

Being a carbonated bike might get some hiccups at constant rpm. Ride it enjoy the engine torque and rpm range. I never run over 7500 to 8000 rpm - old rider not a bold rider!!
