On my 1982 CB750SC Nighthawk, the left front fork has an adjustment screw at the bottom, and no apparent fork oil drain screw (just one on the right fork). None of the manuals I can find show this config. Any idea what this adjuster is and how do you drain the left fork? Thanks.
 
Yes, the SC manual supplement shows it, as does the CB1100F which has it on BOTH sides. It's the TRAC unit for anti-dive on the fork.

Disregard the allen head socket bolts on the TRAC cover, the oil drains using the one HEX head bolt on the back. The settings are 1 (soft) to 6 (firm) on the outside plate.

Honda only used one side with TRAC on the Nighthawk for cost reasons but wanted the gimmick for a sales factor.
