When riding if I coast down a hill or come to a stop the rpm increases. If I pop the throttle the rpms will decrease back down to 1200 to 1300 rpms. I have a fairly steep downhill driveway and when I return from a ride I coast it in neutral into the garage and rpms increase and without popping the throttle it idles back down within a few seconds. Bike runs great other than that. Any suggestions?
