I am getting desperate/ hoping you can help. I am taking my 1980 Honda CB750K to Barber Motorsports Park next week for the Vintage Festival. I recently swapped my timing cover and now the bike won’t start. Something had happened to get it out phase. What’s interesting is that I did not mess with the ignition advance unit on the electronic ignition but merely transferred the plate with pulse generators. It is no longer aligned correctly. See images. Is this something you are aware of as a problem? Do you know how to fix?
It will not start now after running 10 days ago. When attempting to start this last Saturday, it should a huge flame out of the pipe. Any help would be appreciated.
