1980 Honda CB 750 C

I am restoring my 1981 Honda CB 750 K,. I need a Seat, I have all the Original OEM exhaust except 1 Muffler has an insert in it I have to cut out . I rebuilt all but 1 Carb. Gas Tank and side covers need painted to finish. Here is my question. I cam across a 1980 Honda CB 750 C. It has a perfect Tank and side covers. Supposedly has Carbs sync . Good Seat and good Exhaust has a Title. Person says Motor rebuilt but broke a gear off Camshaft, I can buy this Bike for $500.00 . Is it worth getting for the pieces I need,.? Course Engine I am not interested in. But figured Frame with Title, Wheels etc would be good to part out,.? I have to drive 5 hrs 1 way to get it,.?

What is everybodys thoughts on this,.?
