1980 CB750F SuperSport

Does anyone know if an exhaust system from an 82 will fit and 80. Looks like the 82 has the crossover but the 80 does not. Need a right side exhaust only. Can I just cap off the crossover and the rest should fit?

As far as I know, all the exhausts for 1979-1982 CB750's are interchangeable as the engine geometry and frame geometry around the engine are the same.

Where and how they hang the muffler section at the back of the bike may be a tad different for each exhaust, but hanger brackets are very easy to make.
