Nice looking bike, that boattail style rear fender is starting to grow on me. I already love the shape of that tank, as it's the same as my '79 Anniversary model.
Questions. Where did you get your stripe kit? Did you apply the stripes between the base coat and the clear coat?
 
I put 3 coats of Duplicolor- universal silver metallic.. Then two coats of clear,then decals after 48hrs of cure.then one final coat of clear(whole tank) to soften the edges of the decals,..which i might say was a bit tedious...it would be a understatement to say.."once you start there's no going back"...planning and laying out is a must.
 
Bike is beautiful but you MUST get rid of that fugly muffler and install something better.
Delkevic has two different configurations, that look good and not braking the bank!
