I'll make it short:
First bike rebuild.
Rebuilt carb and cleaned it.
Float overflow valve leaking issue
I've adjusted the float height to spec
Cleaned seats
New needles (tried a bunch of different ones)
Took carbs apart individually putting gas through with the float bowl off checking if holding the needle in the seat would stop the gas. No bueno.
Question:
The inlet holes on each side of the seat are where gas is coming in (mainly the first or left side as it is the path of least resistance).
Is gas supposed to go through the seat? The seat is connected to the vacuum line making the float do absolutely nothing. The needle valve will close, but gas still flows into the float bowl through those ports.
I've searched many forums and have tried a million things. I know it has to be something simple.
Experienced people HELP! Please and thank you
