1979 Honda CB750F 630-530 Sprocket Chain conversion

Looking to change out sprockets and chain and would like to convert from the heavy 630 stuff down to a 530 chain . At the same time I would like to change up the gear ratio as this bike feels like it could have used a 6th gear. Currently over 4K at 50Mph.
Anyone made this change, and ratio's your happy with?
