1979 CB750K Cylinders 1 & 2 don't appear to be firing

Just picked up a mint 750k with 6500 miles from 2nd owner in 45 years! Starts fine, but loses power around 4k RPMs. Pipes 1 & 2, exhaust not getting hot. Put in new battery same result. Added Berryman B-12 and rec fuel, still rough. I'm not a mechanic so guidance is welcome!
 
Given how long it had been sitting, check the jets and piston valve of the carbs. Might as well clean all of them.

If carbs are good, need to look at sparj.
Cylinders 1 and 2 run off different coils so the coils are not the issue. But 1 and 2 could have bad caps, or bad wires, or poor connections of those items. Those would be my first items to look at.
