1978 CB750K tires?

need to buy new tires this spring for safety inspection

what is the largest tire that will fit under the stock fender?

was thinking of a 4" x 19"? anyone squeeze one in?
I know different manufacturers tires will fit fit differently....

I need to retyre mine as they are decades old and cracking so I'd be interested to see what fits.

My '79 CB 750L has a 19" Comstar on the front and an 18" on the rear. I run a 130/90-18 on the rear and a 100/90-19 on the front with absolutely no clearance issues. The current set is a set of cheap Kenda Challengers which have been satisfactory for the limited riding I do anymore.
