Restoring my 1972 CB750. I was told that the front foot pegs are not marked right or left. They are marked. Attached is the picture of the right foot peg without the rubber. Noticed it is marked “R” for right foot. I have restored the Left foot peg. It was stamped “L” for Left foot.

Are those threaded? It's hard to tell in the picture. I know on a bicycle the pedals are marked left and right because the left one has reverse threads making it easier to remove.

Sir, they are not threaded. There is another piece that attaches. Then a pin goes threw the slot joining the two pieces together. The pin is held in place by a cotter pin. I will try to attach a picture. The motor mount bolt they attach to is threaded.
