top speed

Recently bought a CB750K and I am having problems with top speed. I am turning it into a cafe racer(of course) it was started but never finished. Can not get above 50 in 5th gear. I have bench synced the carbs and fine tuned them on the bike with meters. Starts and runs pretty well, just lack...
