My motor tossed a rod bearing. Looking to purchase a running motor in America.

So I have tracked down a ticking/ knocking noise to my primary chain tensioner. I cant seem to locate any New OEM tensioners anywhere. Does anyone have any places worth checking for inventory on this item? Does any one have tips for maybe refurbishing my tensioner if none can be found? Thanks.

I'm posting here to see if anyone has tips in helping me figure out my issue. So my Cylinder 1 plug keeps fouling after a short period of time, I can hear my motor pinging then the plug will foul. No oil or wetness on the plug when I pull it, just a lot of black carbon build up preventing...
