'79 750 has a very small oil leak. Looks like pan gasket. Is it possible to drain the oil before storage WITHOUT re-filling with oil until Spring next year?

I need a rear tire. The current mounted tire is 4.50-17. Tire dealers I have searched state that the rear is 18". Even Partzilla shows it as an 18" tire. This bike is all stock with the Comstar wheels. Cannot find a 4.50-17 vintage style tire anywhere. What would be the proper metric size....as...

At some point after the riding season begins, I will have to replace my rear tire. Will save money and downtime by removing the wheel myself. Bike has the original 4 into 4 exhausts. Looks like left set of pipes will have to come off. If the axle is frozen, might have to remove the right set too...
Bike has an aftermarket master cylinder, however, I have the original that needs to be cleaned and rebuilt. Having a problem removing the plastic reservoir. Appears that all the fasteners are removed, but the reservoir is stuck. Perhaps the large O-ring has bonded to the metal body. hesitate...
Need a small amount of touch-up paint for the top portion of the tank. Believe one of the colors is R-104C-U Candy muse red, however, I think this is the lighter red color. Can't seem to find code or color for the darker tank top.
