I know Brent Hyde gets his heads made in Italy and I am not sure where he gets the tensioners made, but they could well be local as you need good foundries to make the head and Italy have a lot of these. I will ask.
Need to see if Vince and Hyde will make them in NZ. Their cam chain tensioners are the de facto standard to replace OEM rubbish. Cannot recommend anything else.

2) Using two of the four holes as pilots drilled and tapped two 3/8 unc holes in the outer metal section.

If you want reliability get the Vince & Hyde AHM design tensioners available via JesBUILT nor Portland Oregon. You can also install an oil feed off the filter casing to the B chain tensioner to improve lube flow to that chain and remove air from the filter housing.
Go to the Metzeler website and download the tyre catalogue, it will advise the rim width that can be used for each tyre so you can pick the widest size to fit the rim. Whichever make of tyre you select should then fit.
Bike is a CB750KZ 1979.
I have procured a rotor removal tool and inserted it, tightened it up to the end of the crank and it cocked over 10 deg or so. On closer inspection the thread has been damaged by a previous owner. A 3 legged puller would not hold.
Anyone know a nifty way of getting this...
