    update thanks Never2old nearly completed now, I started it last week all seem ok, I have not rode it yet as the front brakes need more bleeding and front mud guard need putting on. attached pic of it so far.

    update took the casings to a local chroming company, who have removed all the chrome from them, they just need a good polishing now :D

    according to the Honda service Manuel you can lap in the valves no problem, it just says you cant grid them ?? there only a light lapping in anyway as the engine only done 28,000 miles, and they don't look to bad. chrome on alloy ?? mine as you can see from the pic's, most of it has come off...

    update started to work on cylinder head yesterday, cleaning and de-coking the valves, only found one issuse with an exhaust valve, see picture looks like i caught it just in time, as there is no damage to the valve seat in the head etc.

    update, forks wheel and disc's installed, rear mudguards and shocks installed.

    update started to put some gear on the frame, wiring harness, new headbearings and yolks on, battery box in place. also started to fabricate a bench engine stand, its not finished yet need some side feet fabricating to tie it all together and to stop it falling forward.
