    Shoei saddlebags installation

Does anyone have experience installing these bags on a CB750? I was able to attach it to the two bolts that go through the rear turn signals and grab rail just fine. It's the bottom support bracket that's the issue. The plan was to attach the bracket using the bolt that hold the exhaust and...

    Replacement adjustment nut?

I've lost two of the nuts that's on top of the carbs for adjustments. I've looked at many hardware stores, but they are all too small. I know its thread size is M4. Are there any suitable alternatives? That one nut doesn't seem to have a part number on its own.

    Shifting without clutch

My clutch(cb750k5) is basically useless. I'm able to shift up and down without using it. I understand that shifting up isn't a big deal, but downshifting is. I can also go through the gears when the bike is off. I adjusted the clutch just like the manual says. I also have a new clutch cable...

    Advice on syncing carbs

Thanks. I guess I figured that it was too warm to be using the choke. It's 80°F plus here right now.

    Advice on syncing carbs

I get my carbs within 2 cmhg of each other which I believe is close enough. The bike idles between 1000 and 1200 rpm. The bike is able to stop and start easily while the bike is warm. Once the engine cools I have trouble starting the bike without increasing the turns in the idle adjustment...

    Dyna S timing

I was using the instructions from the dynatek website which wasn't as clear as the one you just posted. Seem I just clip it between where the wires connect to the coils. I don't know if its because I'm on my phone going through the tapatalk app, but I didn't get much results when searching...

    Dyna S timing

The previous owner installed Dyna S ignition in my bike. I cant find out where to connect the clip for the test light so I can set the timing. The instructions said to connect it to the blue wire, but I don't see any expose wire like the points would have. Any help to point me in the right...

    Crack in exhaust pipe

I was planning to take the exhaust in to the shop. How much discoloring will there be? Just the area or will it spread to the whole pipe? The crack can only be seen by looking through the rear wheel spokes from opposite side.

    Crack in exhaust pipe

If the muffler have a crack in them on the outside does that mean the inside is damaged too? I want to get the crack patched up. It's not in a very noticeable location so it will do until I can get a hold of a new one. Can chrome even be welded?

    My CB750k5

Im going to take the exhaust to a local welding shop to see if they can patch it up. It isn't in a noticeable spot. I'm hoping the chromeplating don't cause problems. I haven't tried adjustments yet. I'm coming off of the CL350 with its CV carbs. I will have read upon these slide carbs before...
