So i traded my 79F dragbike for this 78F yesterday, I'm very happy with this trade. It runs but still needs gone over, carbs cleaned and tuned up. Rear mastercylinder may need replaced, we'll see if i can rebuild it but looks doubtful. All in all it is in very nice condition for a 38 year old...

76K No clue how long this has set or condition but it turns over and has compression the carbs are there and look decent. Im getting this running then the owner is going to do a one off hand built cafe style with a hand made allumiminum tank and seat pan/ tail piece.

In need of cheap 75-78 SS tank. Need for testing and till i get my cafe tank.

I used my CB750 Supply September win to get a pamco iginition for my 72 cafe. Cant wait for it so i can install and get on the road warmer weather is here:thumbsup::D

The 78 750F i got last year with a locked up engine is running once again. I intsalled a 77K engine in the bike, this is one of the 3 engines i found with the K0 i sold on ebay. Once installed and cleaned carbs put on it, new points and condesors it fired up and runs well sounds real strong...

Is there any year or mix of any year parts for the K engines that make the best engine. ie cam, crank, head. Excluding the F series of course. Since i will have 4 comlpete engines at my disposal i would like to use the best of all the parts.

Can any one identify this head there are no honda logos or standard markings the top where there is useally the honda mark and # it has a stamped in J 27 on the underside it has a cast in SP

I have found a deal on 3 sohc engines these are complete with carb sets one is a '77' and a '72' model then there is a '69' model serial # 101078 which is jsut past the sandcast #'s with centerpull carbs. Owner also has a complete '70' bike. I will be going to check these all out on Sunday.

There is a 69 CB750 proto type on Ebay that has a current bid of $120,850.00 with 6 days left on auction. Seems this is 1 of 4 preproduction proto types built in 68 for the trade shows and advertising, The auction site has a lot of history on the bike listed. reserve was lifted at $120,000.

just picked up a 78 cb750F $500 not bad condition, the engine wont turn but I believe the kick starter shaft is froze not the engine. has funky 70's flames on tank and side covers. will start to go over it this weekend. Get it running then decide what direction to go.:D
