Is it worth it to switch to the electric ignition for the price?

Yes the motor does turn over, it is missing the front brake system (caliper, brake line hose) but the bracket is there. And im confused on the air intake box. Is it better for the engine to have the original airbox or the cones that I've seen?

So my neighbor was selling the farm and told me there's an old motorcycle in the back barn and if I wanted it I could have it. Its missing some parts but just trying to find out if it's worth fixing.
