Hello, just digging into my 1972 Cb 750k. Took the stator cover off and discovered oil in the bottom portion. Is this normal ?

Ok thanks. The bike came with an m unit from motogadgit, new reg/req and new starter solenoid but nothing connected. I would really like to see that diagram. 👍

Hello can anyone help with a wiring question. Wires coming from the alternator. The 3 yellow are for the reg/rec but I also have 2 solid blue ones that are the same length and a short blue one with red stripe and short green one with a red stripe. Trying to look online but no luck. Thanks...

Happy NewYear !! Question: 1972cb 750. Are there gaskets and oil rings on the oil line connections to the engine ?

Thanks for your reply. My 72 only has 4 gears. I’m guessing problems with the transmission any suggestions on a fix or a rebuild manual

Just checked a link. 750A automatic. 750K has 4 mufflers and 750F has 4 into 1 muffler.

Frame - cb7502009970 Engine - cb750E-2017718 these are the numbers off the bike. I submitted to a website and they came back with 1972. Ok I’m very literal so I now get what your saying. Thanks man.

Just bought a 1971 or 1972 cb750. Engine serial and frame serial come up as 1972 but was registered as a 1971. So if I wanted to purchase a whole new wiring harness would it make a difference ? Comments and opinions welcome. Thanks in advance
