I replaced the brushes and stator a couple of months ago and i have the same reading as you, its all good.

Don't get confused at chapter 16 which is followed by chapter "18" from CB1000C shop manual, its the same battery/carging system but way better explained in the CB1000 manual, so i added it as bonus ;)
