I had a CB900F I converted to a CB1100F. When I finished the only thing that was not a CB900F was the frame and wiring. The 1979 CB750 etc. CB900F all the way to the 1983 CB1100F just about ALL PARTS WILL interchange. I sold the bike after mini miles of fun riding as a CB1100F with a CB900F...
