    Thanks Dano! I got rough measurements by mocking up the seat on the frame and measuring from the side. These measurements are within an eighth inch of what I measured. Appreciate the help!

    Thanks Bill, but I got the measurement by mocking up the seat on the frame. Was able to get the measurement from the side and fab the part. It came out well and works perfectly. Purist would spot it but I can’t see it when I’m riding the bike.

    I’m trying to bump this older thread to see if anyone can provide measurements on the seat hinges on a 1977 or 1978 cb750k. I am finishing a basket case K7 that did not have a seat with it. I can fab up these hinges but it would be helpful if I knew the correct height of both of the hinges...
