Have another newbie question. The front brake hose on my 78 750 is one piece hose and I’ve only been able to find two piece hose . The brake switch is on the perch . So my question is what I have correct for the year or is this a aftermarket hose . Appreciate the help

Finally feel like a have the wiring sorted ( thanks to guy's who took some time out to reply ) now that the ole girl is running after 33+ years ( $350 off facebook ) it is time to start replacing tires , fork seals , etc etc

So you think it’s possible they are running light and should come on dim when the key is turned on ? Sorry about the dumb questions. Just not sure .

Need a little more help with the key on my both front turn signal come on dim and have been looking at the diagram and can’t figure what would make only the front two turn signals come on dim . Any help would be greatly appreciated. Todd

It’s the 15 amp fuse . I cleaned the kill switch and starter button assembly.

First off thank you . Yes brand new battery fully charged .The kill switch was really mucked up cleaned it . Also now I noticed the front blinkers are on dim but they blink brighter ????

Has anybody noticed there 15 amp fuse getting very hot when bike is idling ? Also noticed when I check the fuse for volts I have 12.3 when I turn the key on it drops to 11 volts . I just was able to get it running it sat for roughly 35 years and was outside for 6 months of that . Sorry it’s a 78...

New to the site so I appreciate the help if possible. Both books I bought the wiring harness diagram isn’t the best . I have no power to the headlight. I’m confused the fuse block wiring for the headlight is br/r yet at the bucket the 3 wires are white , blue and green .
