Will do. Will be waiting on the parts to show up for a bit. I will be installing the coils first then the electronic ignition to see if there is any noticeable changes.

I may have found my answer. As long as I have 5k resistance in the wires I will be good with non resistor plugs. The wires are measuring 6-7k resistance. So I should be good running D8EA plugs.

Hello, I have on route a pair of knock off 5 ohm coils as well as electronic ignition for my 1978 cb750k. I also have on hand a set of suppression spark plug wires and D8EA plugs. I am wondering should I run a resister plug instead with the coils, ignition and suppression wires? Thank you

Slow go is not a bad way to do it. I am tight on money so this is the only way I build.

I am selling my Harley cause I can't afford the cost of it all. Planning on getting into a 1978 cb750k. Compared to the Harley it is cheap but looking around it still costs to play.
