Got her about 2 months ago, cleaned and rebuilt the carbs. Needs brakes rebuilt and cam chain tensioner are on order. Had one identical to this one in the early 90's and have regretted selling it for many years.

Can I change it without pulling the engine out of the frame or removing the cams?
