I installed Dyna S electronic ignition and Dyna coils 6 or 8 months ago and its been great, but recently it started blowing the main15 amp fuse, It doesn't blowing it right away after replacing it, usually after riding it 30 mins or so.... I can turn the key on and touch the fuse and feel it...

I agree with everything tommycarl stated in his reply...if the intake boot sare stiff it just takes some persuasion

Any motor can be put in any chasis if you got the time and tools and know how... Sounds like you have all of those, I say do it to it...sounds like a fun project

Wow...that bike looks super clean...are you planning to remove all the cases an fairing and return it to stock? Please don't cafe it out..there are plenty of candidates out there for that, this bike looks way to nice to chop on.....
