1982 CB750C Where to Start? Need suggestions

Help Where should I begin?
I picked up this 82 CB750C as a canvas to build my first cafe racer. So far I have added cafe bars and removed some non-essential touring items. Besides rebuilding the front brake calipers and replacing the master cylinder. It is in great riding condition and of all the bikes I've owned from MV Agustas, BMW's, CBR900rr and Harleys. It puts the biggest smile on my face to ride beyond all the others.

What are some of the first cafe changes other members have made to their DOHC's?

A new seat and maybe tank would go a long way to making it look like a "cafe racer". Welcome to the site!

I was kinda bummed having bought a 750C and not a K, I wasn't sure if a cafe conversion would be ideal due to lack of parts but then I found this thread and it gave me hope. see the whole article at http://thebikeshed.cc/2012/10/05/tims-81-cb750/ This DOHC has blown me away and now I am not as bummed out
