Ok, I have two questions. I have a 1970 CB750 chopper, and I'm about to replace the drive chain and rear sprocket. Do I need to replace the front sprocket at the same time, and if so can someone tell me how to do it or direct me to any instructions online? Thanks! image.jpg

chain and both sprockets should be replaced in sets. you will need to remove the sprocket cover. Then you have two bolts that holds the sprocket retainer to the sprocket. Remove the bolts then remove the retainer and the sprocket should slide off the shaft.

Saving this one. The chain on my '81 has no master link (which I believe means it's original). Chain breaker actually bent (harbor freight 🤷‍♂️
Hopefully pulling the front sprocket will allow me to replace the chain.

And yes I know this is a very old thread - commented so I could have this for later :)
