honda cb750 k7 stuck in gear

hi i was riding along the other day and my 1977 cb750k7 jumped out of gear 4th i think so i pulled the clutch in and went to select another gear nothing happened when i released the clutch so i pulled the clutch in again and managed to get a gear 3rd i think so i carried on as i carried on i went to change up but i could not select any gears at all up or down ,it seens to be stuck in gear 3rd i managed to get home turned of the engine and tried rocking the bike backwards and fowards whilst trying to select neutral but nothing happened has any one got any ideas cheers

Need to be pulling the left side shift cover and see if somthing in the shift mechanism broke. If nothing under that cover then the case will have to be split to get into the actual tranny and shift forks.
