Hi everyone, first-time user and poster and I need your advice. There are two 1970's model CB750s for sale in my market, and posted on Kijiji. One features a '72 frame and has had a '77 bored out engine installed, and has undergone considerable mechanic and cosmetic reconstruction. The other is a '77 with a shameless cafe racer attitude and has also had quite a bit done to it (but not quite as pretty). They're both head-turners and for sale in the mid 4000's and high 2000's respectively. Any tips? I should also add that I am currently riding a Harley, but have owned (and loved) a Thruxton.

for 4000 I would never buy a carved up mutt, but that's your dollar. 4Kwill be a real nice stocker, and you can choose what to do yourself, and sell off the excess for a bundle... like they did.
