I don't think it's a Honda. Whatever it is, it's small and 250-450 cc. The left side resembles Kawasaki 250 twin just before water cooling.

Look down low on the cylinder block for the cast in engine size, they all do it. And pic the other side of engine, odd not to have maker cast in the side cover unless it's a Chinese clone of some type.

My biggest problem at the moment is im having trouble finding parts. Such as starter chains and other miscellaneous parts

Probably not going to find much on this site because that isnt a cb750. Gonna have to do some google searches and hit up some other forums for info on that.

That engine IS watercooled. HHMMMM.

Went looking and found little other than likely Lifan engine like said and probably a 250. The closest I got was 253FMM which is an aircooled version with other light casting mods. I found no information at even the Lifan site, they really do not support their stuff at all and you need to know the bike maker as the bike is likely a Chinese one too. The rage before 2010 or so was cheap clones of cruiser bikes like all the auto stores had for a while until the Chinese quality made most stores quit selling them when the engines broke in a day or a week. I found a lot of Lifan engines similar but not exactly the same and each is different in some way, they must have changed that engine up every 20 minutes. I found a list of SE Asia cruiser bike makers but it was a mile long and lost it again and could not call it back up.

The parallel twin (which that one is) died around 2010 to have Lifan go to a V-twin design instead to more closely copy our cruiser bikes and I assume parts died shortly after that.
