    seat removed

    Im a new owner of a 82 750 super sport im waiting on a service manual and want to remove the seat . I cant figure it out whats the trick do i have to remove the luggage bags and trunk also?

    Pic it to see what got added. On a normal bare F bike you pop a single screw out of the back side of seat by the shock, the two bolts off and the seat slides back a bit to clear the front tab and then lifts right off. There are a couple of suction cups that can stick to a frame cross bar there, they may be stuck. They just pop loose.
