Hello,

Do I actually have to remove the cam chain tensioner in order to remove the starter motor. If yes, why?

Thanks!!

So I put took the cam chain tensioner off, then I put the new motor in. Then putting the cam chain tensioner on I uncovered the tappett cover on the front of the motor (I could not loosen the back one on the back brake lever side) and did the opposite than what others in video had said, so the front tappet was not moving, which I would assume the back tappett was moving... Then I moved the engine 15% to re insert the cam chain tensioner....
