Bike is a CB750KZ 1979.
I have procured a rotor removal tool and inserted it, tightened it up to the end of the crank and it cocked over 10 deg or so. On closer inspection the thread has been damaged by a previous owner. A 3 legged puller would not hold.
Anyone know a nifty way of getting this thing off. No problem with wrecking it as I will replace will a Cycle X or Electrex World Unit.I see there are two metal section glued to a bonded central section.

Thanks

For anyone interested I removed it in the following way:

1) Removed Bakelite/copper outer plate.
2) Using two of the four holes as pilots drilled and tapped two 3/8 unc holes in the outer metal section.
3) Pulled that off using a flywheel puller with 2 bolts in the holes tapped. I put a socket screw in the crank hole for the central screwed bolt of the puller to push onto.
4) Removed the copper windings.
5) Drilled two more 3/8 unc holes, fitted flywheel puller, very tight, hit with a hammer a few times and the rear section flew off, voila..
