'78 stuttering when warm

I recently purchased a restored 1978 CB750k. It starts up instantly and the idle is solid. It drives cold no problem.

The issue is that once the engine is warm, it starts to stutter as I throttle up, and I lose power intermittently. At higher RPMs (around 4000) the engine will backfire.

Any ideas?

Jetting, ignition condition, valve clearances, engine condition, etc. Start and check all basic scheduled maintenance and tune up items and engine condition first then start looking into jetting.
