Just starting to get into older bikes so i went out and bought a 1971 cb 750. Now i am fairly clueless when it comes to working on these types of things. Luckily my boss is a bike nut and helping me learn the whole process. The bike is going to take alot of work but im told i need new forks. I was looking for a list of motorcycle forks that would fit on my bike without having to buy adapters and whatnot. Any help is much appreciated!

Unless they are bent I doubt you need new ones. If the tubes are rusty new ones are available. If they leak new seals will more then likely fix that. Any of the sohc 750 forks will fit. Kind of depends on how you are going to build the bike, if you are going for a stock look I would fix the ones you have or a similar year.
