And those are so close basically all are for a standard crank. They get used to close fit the bearings for slight variance in the machine work. On the DOHCs we pretty commonly always just ask for the loosest ones, the yellow on them. Don't know which color it would be on the SOHC. The slightly looser ones are a little harder to spin.
If you can find someone who does that, you COULD have it welded back up to correct OD and then turned but simply finding another crank will be cheaper and faster.
