ISO 78 cb750f carb

Hey guys! I'm new to the forum here. I just picked up a 78 cb750f recently. While rebuilding the carb I found that the kid before me had somehow got the mixer screw lodged into the carb. I got quoted pretty high to have this fixed.

I was curious to see if anyone has a carb for this bad boy?

It might indeed be helpful to mention which one it is being there are 4 of them...................1 on the left thru 4 right as you are sitting on the bike.
